This bobblehead was distributed at five greyhound tracks all with the track sponsor on the base of the bobblehead to spread awareness about adopting retired greyhounds. The date for this is still not confirmed, however the first was handed out in 2003 at Flagler Greyhound Park so the bobblehead was manufactured that year.
