Lasorda was manager of the Dodgers from 1976 to 1996. He led them to four NL Pennants and World Series titles in 1981 and 1988. He was NL Manager of the Year in 1983 and 1988 and had his number retired by the team in 1997, the same year he was inducted into the Hall of Fame, which this bobblehead commemorates
