La Russa played most of his career in the Athletics organization, and returned as manager from 1986 to 1995. He led them to four West Division titles, three AL Pennants, and a World Series title in 1989. He was named AL Manager of the Year twice. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014, which this bobblehead commemorates
